What are the shipping turnaround days?

All packages are processed within 3-5 days.

Where is my package coming from?

August through November - January through April packages derive from Nashville, Tennessee. The month of December packages derive from Chicago, Illinois as well as May through July. (Because I am still a college student delivery location is subject to change, however this does not take away from my effort to get you your stylist goodies within 7-10 business days.)

Can I request a refund?

At this time refunds are not accepted. HOWEVER we do accept exchanges or store credit. Your exchange will not be accepted if clothing has makeup, stains, tears etc.

Can I redirect my package?

Please make sure to provide the correct address as we're unable to redirect shipments once they are on the way to you.

Bad weather.

Unfortunately, once your shipment is sent to you we can not control any delays that take place at UPS or USPS due to snow storms or natural disasters. But packages are insured.

What if an item is out of stock?

Unfortunately, the merchandise you would like to purchase is not available at this time.

Use our size chart to find the best fit for you. (Please keep in mind that our bandage collection is made to mold your body, will be tight. I recommend reading model description and base your size selection off their dimensions and what size piece they are wearing. Other pieces of different material run regular.)

Can I wash and dry my bandage pieces?

Of course you may wash your bandage pieces, but we do not recommend putting them in the dryer.

How long does preorder take?

PLEASE ALLOW A MAXIMUM OF 2 WEEKS FOR PREORDER ITEMS.
